Who we are

formyza.company is operated by RemitRix Ltd. (company no. 515743599), 8 Shoham St, Ramat Gan, Israel ("RemitRix", "we"). RemitRix is the database owner and is responsible for the processing described in this policy.

This policy covers the Formyza website only. Processing within the product itself, including recordings, transcripts and information about insured clients, will be governed by a separate agreement with each agency.

What we collect

Through the pilot form: full name, agency name, phone, email, number of agents, the insurers you work with, and your consent to be contacted.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage data collected by our infrastructure providers to run and secure the site and to measure aggregate usage. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To get back to you about the pilot, schedule an intro call and assess whether Formyza fits your agency.

To operate, secure and improve the site.

We will not send you marketing email without separate consent, and we do not sell your information.

Where it is stored

Form details are stored in HubSpot CRM (EU data center). Correspondence runs on Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and fonts load from Google Fonts.

These providers act as our processors. Some store data outside Israel, in countries with adequate protection or under contractual data protection commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed for the pilot and the business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after your last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you.

For any privacy request, email hello@formyza.company. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and two-step verification on admin accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
